Prior to shipping, each of our products undergoes meticulous inspection and careful packaging to ensure it arrives at your doorstep in impeccable condition. We entrust the shipping process to Sendle, a reliable partner, to guarantee prompt and secure delivery of your purchase within Australia.

Please be aware that the delivery time frames provided by Sendle are estimates only. Generally, delivery within METRO areas takes approximately 3-5 days, while regional areas may take up to 15 days. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email from us containing the tracking details. Once Sendle collects your item from our studio, they will notify you via email, and you can actively track your delivery progress.

For tracking updates, kindly visit SENDLE directly through the Sendle Tracking service. This Shipping policy is an integral part of the Atelier Parfumée website terms and conditions.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are automatically calculated within the shopping cart. Simply add the desired products to your shopping cart, select your destination, and the shipping price along with an approximate delivery timeframe will be displayed. Shipping costs will be calculated at the end of your transaction.

Important Note: If you are not available at the provided address during the delivery attempt, it is your responsibility to arrange for the pickup or redelivery of your order within 7 days. INSURANCE

To offer you peace of mind, your products are insured against loss while in transit to you. Upon receiving the parcel (all packages require a signature for acceptance), the responsibility for the goods is transferred to you, and Lumira's insurance coverage ceases. In the event that you need to return an item to Atelier Parfumée, we recommend insuring the item/s during transit.

 

WHEN WE SHIP

Please note that all Atelier Parfumée products are handmade to order. Allow 5 business days for creation before we proceed with shipping, unless stated otherwise. If you require a rushed order, kindly email us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Regrettably, we currently do not offer international shipping services. We only ship within Australia at this time. Should there be any updates or changes to our shipping policy, we will inform our customers accordingly.
